Cancellation Policy

Short Stays (Less Than 14 Nights):

• Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• Late Cancellation: If cancelled within 14 days of the check-in date, 70% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• No Show: If guests do not arrive and do not cancel, the full booking amount will be charged.

Long Stays (14 Nights or More):

• Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• Late Cancellation: If cancelled within 30 days of the check-in date, 70% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• No Show: If guests do not arrive and do not cancel, the full booking amount will be charged.

Non-Refundable Bookings:

• Bookings marked as non-refundable cannot be cancelled or amended. The total price of the reservation will be charged if cancelled at any time.

Early Departure:

• No refunds will be issued for early departure after check-in.

Force Majeure:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies), we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In such cases, a full refund or alternative accommodation will be offered.
